Synthezizing:
How We Work

We synthesize. First, we gather data and inspiration from all relevant fields. Then we focus strategies and communication.

This approach is special in a society often characterized by tunnel vision, managerial silo thinking, political polarization, and social exclusion. Insted, we create coherence through extensive business understanding, insights from a think tank, experience from political life, the mediating strength of a media, and the creative energy of a cultural actor.

Traditional silo thinking in the field of communication – with disciplines such as marketing, PR, content, branding, Public Affairs – make only little sense in modern companies and organizations. Therefore, we offer advice in three ways:

How to listen – stakeholders, markets, trends.
How to plan your effort – strategies, plans, coordination.
How to communicate – messages, narratives, media.

Listening

Phase 1

Listening

Bring the external world in – how is the organization perceived through the lenses of stakeholders?

Map the landscape – how are we positioned in the market and society, which actors play a role? What trends and issues shape politics and media?

Understand the present and future – which trends in politics, market, and society are essential to understand and take bearings of?

Planning

Phase 2

Planning

Building and managing constructive stakeholder relationships – how do we create a mutual understanding across the organization of the way we engage and communicate with our stakeholders?

Define strategic risk – which issues are critical? What are the best practices in reputation risk oversight, management, and engagement before issues escalate into reputation problems or commercial obstacles?

Ensure the company's behavior and values – to what extent are behavior and values aligned with each other and with stakeholders' expectations? Can we identify and help to correct any discrepancies?

Strategy and plan – how do we ensure that the organization has a plan for goals, resources, and execution?

Communication

Phase 3

Communication

A corporate narrative – how do we ensure a common narrative that resonates across stakeholder groups, both externally and internally?

External relations – how do we build and manage reputation-enhancing relationships with a constantly changing network of stakeholders (politicians, media, NGOs, etc.), ensuring that their agendas and interests are understood?

Developing campaigns, partnerships, and relationships – how do we strengthen reputation, awareness, legitimacy?

Influencing political and regulatory matters – how do we strengthen the organization's legitimacy and opportunities?

Efficiency – how do we help management to communicate in a clear and straightforward language, helping employees at all levels understand the organization's goals and direction?

Our services are not a window of prototype products:

We see who you are, your potential and probably also your limitations. We challenge you by connecting wisdom from politics, business and culture.
And then we find what you truly need.
