Skoletjenesten, a key player in fostering educational and cultural partnerships, sought to enhance its role and efficiency in connecting schools and cultural institutions. Partnering with SJ&K, they aimed to develop a strategic framework to define their vision, mission, and goals. Through comprehensive analysis, workshops, and strategic planning, we crafted a core narrative and strategic objectives. Our work provided a clear action plan for effective implementation, focusing on innovative learning methods and unique cultural projects. This new framework enables Skoletjenesten to better serve its stakeholders, ensuring their mission and values are reflected in their activities and collaborations, fostering stronger educational and cultural partnerships.
