Last year architect Lars Jensen took over the role as The City Architect of Copenhagen. Beyond expertise in planning and design, the function also required an ability to communicate priorities clearly, inspire public dialogue, and operate within political and organizational realities. The City Architect thus serves not only as a professional authority but also as a symbolic figure connecting vision with practice.
