August 2026
This month’s newsletter explores critical infrastructure as a leadership challenge in a world of growing interdependence and geopolitical uncertainty. Through an interview with Janni Torp Kjærgaard, CEO of DanPilot, and a perspective on critical societal dependencies, we examine what it takes to transform organisations whose essential functions cannot be put on hold. We also welcome Christian Bay to SJ&K and introduce Clubhouse Notes, our new format for sharing practical methods and approaches across leadership, strategy, communication and writing.
Unbuzzed #1 – Connecting Separate Worlds
Welcome to our world. SJ&K exists to create positive change by connecting separate worlds – business, politics, science and culture in meaningful communication. Advice and reflection. You can follow us here in our newsletter or on the website www.sj-k.dk . Now we begin, for real.

Unbuzzed #4 – It's that time of year…
… where we take stock. Then we must not, with all our might, give thanks for a 2024, where SJ&K came into being in wonderful premises, with a strong team and in a professional embrace with fifty customers across industries, sectors and agendas. You already know us, pretty well. Otherwise you wouldn't be reading these lines at all. But now that the opportunity is here, we would like to tell you a little more about why we were put into the world, and why we really want to continue and strengthen our relationship. After all, we were put into the world to make a difference. That's a little about it below.

Unbuzzed #3 – Efficiency and presence
We strongly believe that intelligent use of AI can combine efficiency with presence. Generative AI can automate routine tasks, analyze data and develop scenarios that free people from routine work – and give us new opportunities and, above all, time to be present, creative, reflective. This newsletter is about that. Efficiency and presence, at the same time.
