There is a reason why we at SJ&K love working with education, research and knowledge so much. This is where a society is shaped in the meeting between people, structures and interests. It is about education and leadership. About ideology and innovation. About institutions that must educate and document – and companies that must attract students and collaborate with actors who often want very different things.

For years, DEI was a given in strategies and annual reports. But when Trump shook the tree, the rhetoric fell from even the most progressive companies. It's not pretty if you believe in diversity - as we do. But perhaps there is also a lesson . Because it forces us to make DEI sharper, more honest and business-relevant. … where we take stock. Then we must not, with all our might, give thanks for a 2024, where SJ&K came into being in wonderful premises, with a strong team and in a professional embrace with fifty customers across industries, sectors and agendas. You already know us, pretty well. Otherwise you wouldn't be reading these lines at all. But now that the opportunity is here, we would like to tell you a little more about why we were put into the world, and why we really want to continue and strengthen our relationship. After all, we were put into the world to make a difference. That's a little about it below.
